Resumo: In this research we have tried to understand the curriculum re-orientation process for EJA I (Education of Teenagers and Adults) in alphabetization and education from Santo Andr?? city in 2014, based on the premise of work as educative principle, in an integral formation perspective. The research intent to work with the concern the teachers and pedagogical assistant have of the relationship between work-education. Observing the work not only in a historical dimension, but also ontological. The course developed shows there is difficult in the comprehension of the work concept in capitalist society, because this term is related directly as job market. We performed, to this end, a bibliographic review to understand the concepts and assumptions which involves the relationship work-education, as well as an empirical research of the organization and implementation of this process in the municipal education network, with the objective of analyzing the process of curricular reorganization in this municipality and understand the practical limitations and advance in this process, considering work as educative principle and the contribution of all involved. For bibliographic review we resorted to authors who develop the idea of work not only with the percepts of remuneration, the labor sale, but also work as structuring dimension of life and society. The work and educative principle links to an epistemological and philosophical field of study. Thus, based theoretically in Gramsci, Arroyo, Frigotto, Ramos, Severino, Saviani, Nosella, among others, the research reference applies in work concept, its relationship with the school and how can contribute in practical organization of an integrated curriculum.

A pesquisa pretende trabalhar com a apreens??o que os professores e os assistentes pedag??gicos t??m da rela????o trabalho-educa????o, observando o trabalho n??o somente numa dimens??o hist??rica, mas tamb??m ontol??gica. O percurso desenvolvido demonstra que existe uma dificuldade em compreender o conceito de trabalho na sociedade capitalista, pois o termo compreendido ?? ligado imediatamente ao mercado de trabalho. Realizamos, para este fim, uma revis??o bibliogr??fica com a finalidade de compreender os conceitos e premissas que envolvem a rela????o trabalho-educa????o, bem como uma pesquisa emp??rica da organiza????o e implementa????o deste processo na rede municipal, com o objetivo de analisar o processo de reorganiza????o curricular neste munic??pio e compreender as limita????es pr??ticas e avan??os deste processo, considerando o trabalho como princ??pio educativo e o envolvimento de todos os sujeitos. Para a revis??o bibliogr??fica, recorremos a autores que desenvolvem a ideia do trabalho n??o somente com preceitos da remunera????o, da venda de m??o de obra, mas tamb??m do trabalho como uma dimens??o estruturante da vida e da sociedade. O trabalho como princ??pio educativo vincula-se a um campo de estudo epistemol??gico e filos??fico. Assim, com base te??rica em Gramsci, Arroyo, Frigotto, Ramos, Severino, Saviani, Nosella, entre outros, a pesquisa se referencia no conceito de trabalho, sua rela????o com a escola e como pode contribuir na organiza????o pr??tica de um curr??culo integrado.En este estudio, hemos tratado de entender el proceso de reorientaci??n de los curriculums de EJA I (alfabetizaci??n y post-alfabetizaci??n) de Santo Andr?? en 2014, basado en la premisa del trabajo como principio educativo, en una perspectiva de formaci??n integral. La investigaci??n tiene como objetivo trabajar con la preocupaci??n de que los maestros y auxiliares docentes tienen la relaci??n entre el trabajo y la educaci??n, observando el trabajo no s??lo en una dimensi??n hist??rica, sino tambi??n ontol??gica. La ruta desarrollado muestra que hay una dificultad en la comprensi??n del concepto de trabajo en la sociedad capitalista, tal como se entiende el t??rmino inmediatamente conectado con el mercado de trabajo. Se realiz?? para este fin, una revisi??n de la literatura con el fin de entender los conceptos y supuestos que implican la relaci??n entre el trabajo y la educaci??n, as?? como la investigaci??n emp??rica de la organizaci??n e implementaci??n de este proceso en la red municipal, con el fin de analizar el proceso de reorganizaci??n plan de estudios en esta ciudad y entender las limitaciones pr??cticas y avances de este proceso, considerando el trabajo como principio educativo y la participaci??n de todos los sujetos. Para la revisi??n de la literatura, nos volvemos a los autores que desarrollan la idea de trabajar no s??lo con los preceptos de la remuneraci??n del trabajo de venta, pero tambi??n trabajamos como una dimensi??n estructural de la vida y la sociedad. El trabajo como principio educativo se une a un campo epistemol??gico y filos??fico de estudio.
