Resumo: | This study had as object of study the curricular proposals of biology of the Secretariat of Education of the State of S??o Paulo. The documents analyzed were the Curriculum Guides for Teaching of 1975; the Curricular Proposal for Teaching biology: 2nd Degree of 1992; and the S??o Paulo State Curriculum: natural sciences and their technologies of 2011. The problem that guided our research can be presented as follows: How do the curricular documents address the discipline of biology? The objective of the research was to know how the documents present questions such as curricular unification, contents of biology, interdisciplinarity, contextualization. Our research itinerary involved the analysis of curricular documents produced by the State of S??o Paulo's Education Department (SEE / SP). The theoretical references of the research were based on Silva (2010), Apple (2006), Moreira (1989), Sacristan (2000) and Lima (2011). The research results show that the documents present similarity, mainly because they are prescriptive and directive. Teacher subsidies, present in the curriculum proposals of 1968 and 1986, were replaced by the teacher's notebook, in the current proposal. The bibliography consulted shows that the critique of teachers to the present curriculum derives more from the process of its elaboration, which did not count on the teachers, than from the proposal itself. Our observation in everyday school shows that the teacher's difficulties in working on the current proposal derives from the enormous distance it projects and the objective conditions of students, teachers and school. |

El problema que orient?? nuestra investigaci??n puede ser presentado de la siguiente forma: ??C??mo los documentos curriculares abordan la disciplina de biolog??a? El objetivo de la investigaci??n fue saber c??mo los documentos presentan cuestiones como unificaci??n curricular, contenidos de la biolog??a, interdisciplinaridad, contextualizaci??n. Nuestro itinerario de investigaci??n implic?? el an??lisis de los documentos curriculares producidos por la Secretar??a de Educaci??n del Estado de S??o Paulo (SEE / SP). Las referencias te??ricas de la investigaci??n fueron fundadas en Silva (2010), Apple (2006), Moreira (1989), Sacristan (2000) y Lima (2011). El resultado de la investigaci??n muestra que los documentos presentan similitud, principalmente por ser prescriptivos y directivos. Los subsidios para el profesor, presentes en las propuestas curriculares de 1968 y de 1986, fueron sustituidos por el cuaderno del profesor, en la propuesta actual. La bibliograf??a consultada muestra que la cr??tica del profesor al curr??culo actual deriva m??s del proceso de su elaboraci??n, que no cont?? con los profesores, que de la propuesta en s??. Nuestra observaci??n en el cotidiano escolar muestra que las dificultades del profesor en trabajar la propuesta actual deriva de la enorme distancia que ella proyecta y las condiciones objetivas de los alumnos, de los profesores y de la escuela.Esse trabalho teve como objeto de estudo as propostas curriculares de biologia da Secretaria de Educa????o do Estado de S??o Paulo. A bibliografia consultada mostra que a cr??tica do professor ao curr??culo atual deriva mais do processo de sua elabora????o, que n??o contou com os professores, do que da proposta em si.
