Resumo: | The education of adolescents interests to researchers from several knowledge fields, even because of its contents or its practices, held inside or outside school. This study focuses some of these places, the Non-Governmental Organizations that work with sport projects, and aims to know the meaning of them for the adolescents that take part in their activities. The objectives are to know what these people have to say about the projects and what is meaningful for them, besides identifying the aspects that characterize the sport practice offered by the organization. The sport environment of the investigation is justified by the acknowledgment of the right to sport, also because it is straight related to the educational development of the participants. The researcher is experienced from working in non-governmental organizations, on a sport basis, for more than a decade, which seems to contribute to the research. The emerged questions relate to the comprehension that the adolescents have about their relationship with the sport practice offered by the organizations and how these aspects influence their human development. The complex thought is the main theoretical reference used on this study as it proposes a wide education, which connects knowledges without isolating them or overestimating one or another, reincluding the subject in the process. These people are considered on their biological and cultural totality, as products or producers of the society, according to recursive principle, and which on the single condition brings the whole universe, like the hologrammatic operator of the complex thought. Knowledge must accept the existence of mistakes, disorder, chaos and expand the cause and effect comprehension, as it is not enough to understand the complexity of contemporary life matters anymore. A qualitative approach was the chosen research methodology, which includes unstructured interviews with 23 adolescents from three different organizations. The data analysis is based on overcoming initial intuitions and perceptions to establish constant connections with the theoretical reference, so it is possible to infer about the investigation object. The findings point to the need of understanding the adolescent in relationship, not isolated, considering his single condition inside and connected to a totality. The adolescents indicate that the non-governmental organizations are meaningful for them because of the way they are welcome, the emotions in their relationships and the educational strategies they use. They also express that the teachers are the most responsible for these results. The sport practice includes everyone on a democratic way, boys and girls, capable or not, having athletic bodies or not, all of them play together. However, the purpose of sport at these organizations is a strategy for education and not a goal itself, which contributes to human education but does not emphasizes the right to sport, what suggests that social sport pedagogical practices are still a challenge. |

El presente estudio enfoca algunos de esos espacios, las Organizaciones No Gubernamentales que trabajan con proyectos deportivos, y por objeto, conocer su significado para los j??venes que en ellas participan. Los objectivos propuestos buscan conocer y lo que esos sujetos piensan sobre los proyectos y identificar aspectos significativos para ellos, y elementos que caracterizan las pr??cticas deportivas. El entorno deportivo del estudio se justifica por el reconocimiento de la actividad como un derecho, que se relaciona estrechamente con el desarrollo del aprendizaje de los practicantes, adem??s de la experiencia de la investigadora adquirida a lo largo de una d??cada de trabajo en organizaciones de deporte y actividad f??sica. La problematizaci??n involucra la comprensi??n de los j??venes sobre su relaci??n con la pr??ctica deportiva ofrecida por las organizaciones y c??mo esos aspectos influyen su formaci??n humana. El pensamiento complejo se configura como el referencial te??rico principal del estudio, ya que prev?? una educaci??n abierta que no a??sla los saberes, sino los conecta, sin sobrevalorar uno u otro y recoloca el sujeto en el proceso. Sujetos vistos en su totalidad biol??gica y cultural, productores y productos de la sociedad en que viven, de acuerdo con el principio recursivo, y en su ??nica condici??n, que trae el universal, como prev?? el operador hologram??tico del pensamiento complejo. El conocimiento debe admitir la existencia del error, de la desorden, del caos y ampliar la relaci??n causa y efecto, que ya no puede explicar la complejidad de los problemas de la vida contempor??nea. La metodolog??a elegida comprende un enfoque cualitativo de investigaci??n, lo que incluye la realizaci??n de entrevistas abiertas con 23 adolescentes de tres organizaciones distintas, y la an??lisis de las informaciones recogidas se basa en la superaci??n de intuiciones e impresiones iniciales y se relaciona constantemente con el referencial te??rico del estudio, para elaborar inferencias sobre el objeto de investigaci??n. Los resultados identificados demuestran la necesidad de comprender el j??ven no de forma aislada, sino en relaci??n, un modo que comprenda su condici??n unitaria pero inserta y combinada a la una totalidad. Las organizaciones no gubernamentales se destacan a esos sujetos por la acogida y por la afectividad de las relaciones y de las estrategias educativas usadas, en las que los profesores son identificados como responsables por esos aspectos, en general. La pr??ctica deportiva incluye a todos de forma democr??tica, ni??os y ni??as, m??s o menos habilidosos, con cuerpos atl??ticos o no, todos juegan juntos. Sin embargo, el deporte, para esas organizaciones, es utilizado como un medio para la educaci??n, pero no como una finalidad en s??, lo que contribuye para la formaci??n humana pero no enfatiza la pr??ctica como un derecho, sugiriendo que el deporte pedag??gico social todav??a es un desaf??o.A educa????o de adolescentes interessa a pesquisadores de ??reas variadas do conhecimento, por motivos que incluem tanto os conte??dos quanto as pr??ticas que acontecem em espa??os escolares e n??o escolares. O presente estudo tem como foco alguns desses espa??os, as Organiza????es N??o Governamentais que trabalham com projetos esportivos, e, por objeto, conhecer seu significado para os adolescentes que delas participam. Os objetivos propostos buscam conhecer o que esses sujeitos t??m a dizer sobre esses projetos; identificar aspectos significativos para eles, e elementos que caracterizam a pr??tica esportiva que acontece nesses locais. O contexto esportivo da investiga????o justifica-se pelo reconhecimento da atividade como um direito, que se relaciona diretamente com o desenvolvimento da educa????o dos praticantes, al??m da experi??ncia da pesquisadora adquirida ao longo de mais de uma d??cada de trabalho em organiza????es no ??mbito do esporte e da atividade f??sica. A problematiza????o envolve a compreens??o que os adolescentes t??m sobre sua rela????o com a pr??tica esportiva oferecida pelas organiza????es, e como esses aspectos influenciam sua forma????o humana. A metodologia escolhida compreende uma abordagem qualitativa de pesquisa, incluindo a realiza????o de entrevistas abertas com 23 adolescentes de tr??s organiza????es diferentes. A an??lise dos dados coletados baseia-se na supera????o de intui????es e impress??es iniciais e estabelece constantes rela????es com o referencial te??rico da pesquisa, para produzir infer??ncias acerca do objeto da investiga????o. Os resultados encontrados apontam para a necessidade de se compreender o adolescente em rela????o e n??o de maneira isolada, um modo que reconhe??a sua condi????o unit??ria, mas inserida e conjugada a uma totalidade. The findings point to the need of understanding the adolescent in relationship, not isolated, considering his single condition inside and connected to a totality. The adolescents indicate that the non-governmental organizations are meaningful for them because of the way they are welcome, the emotions in their relationships and the educational strategies they use. They also express that the teachers are the most responsible for these results. The sport practice includes everyone on a democratic way, boys and girls, capable or not, having athletic bodies or not, all of them play together. However, the purpose of sport at these organizations is a strategy for education and not a goal itself, which contributes to human education but does not emphasizes the right to sport, what suggests that social sport pedagogical practices are still a challenge. |
