Resumo: The objective of this research is to analyze the perception of the teleworker about the advantages and disadvantages of his type of work. More specifically the study investigates the following variables: satisfaction, productivity, flexibility, organization, motivation, autonomy, control, stress, relationship with social an family life and isolation. Moreover, the methods employed in the research were the bibliographic review and in depth interviews. The sample was composed by 12 people who were chosen by the convenience method. The analysis was undertaken by interpreting the interviewees speeches. The results revealed that there are many similarities with the aspects pointed in the literature review. However, three dimensions, motivation, satisfaction and quality of life were strongly mentioned by the participants.

O trabalho investiga como o Teletrabalhador percebe a sua modalidade de emprego em rela????o ??s vari??veis: satisfa????o, produtividade, flexibilidade, organiza????o, motiva????o, autonomia e controle, estresse, rela????o com a vida familiar/social e isolamento. Os m??todos utilizados foram os levantamentos bibliogr??ficos e a entrevista em profundidade. A amostra da pesquisa envolveu 12 pessoas, entre homens e mulheres, com idades de 25 a 47 anos, que foram escolhidos por conveni??ncia. O tratamento qualitativo foi realizado por meio da interpreta????o das falas dos depoentes, com base na fundamenta????o te??rica pesquisada. Os resultados revelaram que h?? similaridade entre os aspectos encontrados na revis??o de literatura e os levantados na entrevista em profundidade.
