Resumo: This study aimed mainly to investigate the assessment of the process of developing of the social entrepreneur´s formation. For the analysis of this process, it was necessary to recognize the spaces and contexts of entrepreneurs´ formation, their social motivations and their ways of social leadership, in other words, the present elements in the professional and social individual development which are generators of social-environmental transformations. The research took qualitative aspect and included the analysis of 59 social entrepreneurs´ life stories, published during the period 2005-2013 by the newspaper Folha de S. Paulo, responsible for the Social Entrepreneur Award contest in Brazil, in close partnership with the Schwab Foundation. The methodological organization was through two separate analyzes, both managed by the ATLAS software. First they were analyzed 10 contest winners, and on the second step the other finalists of the contest in the same period. The results obtained from conclusions provided (a) the combination of methodologies that integrate and systematize theoretical knowledge; (b) the possibilities of entrepreneurship in different learning areas of "formal," "informal" and "nonformal"; and finally, (c) the propose a model for the Social Entrepreneur´s formation process.

Pour l'analyse du processus, il était nécessaire de reconnaître les espaces et contextes de formation des entrepreneurs, leurs motivations sociales et leurs modèles de leadership social, c'est à dire, les éléments présents dans le développement professionnel et social des individus générateurs de transformations sociales et environnementales. La recherche a eu un caractèr qualitative et l'analyse des 59 histoires de vie des entrepreneurs sociaux, publiés dans la période 2005-2013 par le journal Folha de S. Paulo, responsable pour le concours Prix l'Entrepreneur Social au Brésil, en partenariat avec la Fondation Schwab. L'organisation méthodologique a fait usage des deux analyses distinctes, tous deux gérés par le logiciel ATLAS. Première analysé 10 gagnants du concours, et dans la deuxième étape, les autres finalistes du concours dans la même période. Les résultats fournis conclusions sur (a) combinaison de méthodes qui intègrent et systématisent les connaissances théoriques; (b) possibilités de perception de l'entrepreneuriat dans différents domaines de la formation "formelles", "informelles" et "non-officielles"; et enfin, (c) de proposer un modèle du processus de formation de l'entrepreneur social.O presente trabalho teve como objetivo principal de investigação avaliar o desenvolvimento do processo de formação do empreendedor social. Para a análise do processo, fez-se necessário reconhecer os espaços e contextos da formação dos empreendedores, suas motivações sociais e suas trajetórias de liderança social, ou seja, os elementos presentes no desenvolvimento profissional e social dos indivíduos geradores de transformações socioambientais. A pesquisa assumiu caráter qualitativo e contemplou a análise de 59 histórias de vida de empreendedores sociais, publicadas no período de 2005 a 2013 pelo jornal Folha de S.Paulo, responsável pelo concurso Prêmio Empreendedor Social no Brasil, em parceria com a Fundação Schwab.
