Resumo: The object of the research is the pedagogical coordinator's as expert instructional and pedagogical support of the teachers in locus. The aim to analyze from the perspective of the teacher the intervention in the pedagogical practice from the formations realized in the classes of collective pedagogical work (ATPC). As a specific objective, we point out the following: to verify if the formations carried out by the pedagogical coordinator promoted means to innovate the practices in the classroom. We seek to answer the following questions: How is the training of this professional in the graduation in Pedagogy? Who is the pedagogical coordinator these days? Can your action contribute to the teachinglearning process of teachers and students? The research universe is a state public school located in the south zone of the city of S??o Paulo that serves children from 6 to 11 years. The members of this research will be teachers who participated in the ATPCs in the year 2016. The qualitative methodology is based on the data collection, obtained in semi-structured interviews and in dialogical actions developed in the formations in the hours of Pedagogical Work. Documents such as: the legislation governing the role of the pedagogical coordinator in primary education (cycle I) of the Secretariat of Education of the State of S??o Paulo, the curricular curricula of three higher education institutions, focusing on the training of the pedagogical coordinator, legislation Which governs the Basic Education Teaching, Directives and Bases of National Education Act 1996, PNE - National Education Plan (2014/2024). The analysis was processed from the records collected in the formations held and with interview. The references are based on the contributions of Paulo Freire (1996, 2001, 2005, 2013). The secondary references came from scholars of educational topics focusing on teacher training: Pedro Demo (1995; 1997; 2015), Lib??nio (2001; 2010) and Ferreira.

Como objetivo espec??fico, elencamos lo siguiente: verificar si las formaciones realizadas por el coordinador pedag??gico promovieron medios para innovar las pr??cticas en el aula. Buscamos responder a las siguientes preguntas: ??C??mo es la formaci??n de este profesional en la graduaci??n en Pedagog??a? ??Qui??n es el coordinador pedag??gico en los d??as actuales? ??Su acci??n puede contribuir en el proceso de ense??anza aprendizaje de los docentes y discentes? El universo de la investigaci??n es una escuela p??blica estatal ubicada en la zona sur en el municipio de S??o Paulo que atiende a ni??os de 6 a 11 a??os. Los integrantes de esta investigaci??n ser??n profesores que participaron de los ATPC en el a??o 2016. La metodolog??a cualitativa se fundamenta en la recolecci??n de datos obtenidos en entrevistas semiestructuradas y en acciones dial??gicas desarrolladas en las formaciones en los horarios de trabajo pedag??gico. Se analizar??n documentos como: de la legislaci??n que rige la funci??n del coordinador pedag??gico en la ense??anza fundamental (ciclo I) de la Secretar??a de Educaci??n del Estado de S??o Paulo, las rejillas curriculares de tres instituciones de ense??anza superior, con foco en la formaci??n del coordinador pedag??gico, legislaci??n Que rige la Ense??anza de Educaci??n B??sica, Ley de Directrices y Bases de la Educaci??n Nacional de 1996, PNE - Plan Nacional de Educaci??n (2014/2024). El an??lisis se procesar?? a partir de los registros recogidos en las formaciones realizadas, fotos en momentos del trabajo de la ejecuci??n de las acciones. Las referencias se basan en las contribuciones de Paulo Freire (1996; 2001; 2005; 2013). Las referencias secundarias vinieron de autores estudiosos de las tem??ticas de educaci??n teniendo como foco la formaci??n de los docentes: Pedro Demo (1995; 1997; 2015), Libanio (2001; 2010) y Ferreira.O objeto da pesquisa foi a atua????o do coordenador pedag??gico como formador dos (as) docentes em servi??o. Teve por objetivo analisar sob a ??tica do docente a interven????o na pr??tica pedag??gica a partir das forma????es realizadas nas Aulas de Trabalho Pedag??gico Coletivo (ATPC). Os objetivos espec??ficos s??o: refletir se as forma????es realizadas pelo coordenador pedag??gico promoveram meios para colaborar com as pr??ticas em sala de aula. Buscamos responder as seguintes quest??es: Como ?? a forma????o deste profissional na gradua????o em Pedagogia? Quem ?? o coordenador pedag??gico nos dias atuais? Sua a????o pode contribuir no processo de ensino aprendizagem dos docentes e discentes? O universo da pesquisa ?? uma escola p??blica estadual localizada na zona sul no munic??pio de S??o Paulo que atende crian??as de 6 a 11 anos. Os integrantes desta pesquisa s??o professores (as) que participaram dos ATPCs no ano de 2016 (2??semestre) e 2017 (1?? semestre). A metodologia qualitativa fundamenta-se na coleta de dados, obtidos em entrevistas e question??rios com perguntas semiestruturadas. Foram analisados os seguintes documentos: a legisla????o vigente que rege a fun????o do Professor Coordenador na Secretaria de Educa????o Estadual do Estado de S??o Paulo, matrizes curriculares de tr??s institui????es de ensino superior, com foco na forma????o do coordenador pedag??gico, legisla????o que rege o Ensino de Educa????o B??sica, Lei de diretrizes e Bases da Educa????o Nacional de 1996, PNE ??? Plano Nacional de Educa????o (2014/2024). A an??lise foi realizada a partir dos registros coletados nas forma????es realizadas e com entrevistas. As refer??ncias s??o fundamentadas nas contribui????es de Paulo Freire (1996; 2001; 2005; 2013). As refer??ncias secund??rias vieram de autores estudiosos das tem??ticas de educa????o tendo como foco a forma????o dos docentes: Pedro Demo (1995; 1997; 2015), Lib??nio (2001 ;2010) e Ferreira.
