Resumo: | This project was developed as practical work for the Master???s Program in Management and Educational Practices (PROGEPE), following the Research Line of Intervention of Methodologies of Learning and Teaching Practices (LIMAPE) of Nove de Julho University. The central theme is dedicated to the goals established in the Political-Pedagogical Project (PPP) of two learning institutions in the same region, serving the same public, but presenting diverging results in official and classification evaluations proposed by the state government. The focus of the study is to verify the application of the practices described as the PPP action plan goals among high school students during the school years of 2014 and 2015, investigating their influence in the performance of students in the analyzed school units. The methodology used was bibliographic research in secondary source for composition of the work???s theoretical structure, and the proposal of a case study to validate the diagnostic in the final analysis. In conclusion, the existence of two scenarios with distinct priorities is identified: One unit is focused and pressured to comply with indexes and surpass goals proposed by the government, and the other unit is willing to sacrifice these results to seek out teaching that is closer to the reality of its students. |

El tema central trata de los objetivos establecidos en el Proyecto Pol??tico-Pedag??gico (PPP) de dos escuelas situadas en la misma regi??n, sirviendo al mismo p??blico, pero que muestran diferentes resultados en los ex??menes oficiales y de clasificaci??n propuestos por el gobierno del estado. El foco de este estudio es verificar la aplicaci??n de las pr??cticas mencionadas como el plan de acci??n del PPP entre los estudiantes de la escuela secundaria durante los a??os acad??micos 2014 y 2015, verificando su influencia en el rendimiento de los estudiantes en las unidades escolares analizadas. La metodolog??a utilizada fue la investigaci??n bibliogr??fica en fuente secundaria para la composici??n de la estructura te??rica de la obra y la propuesta de un estudio de caso para validar el diagn??stico en el an??lisis final. En conclusi??n, vemos la existencia de dos escenarios con diferentes prioridades: una unidad centrada y presionada para lograr ??ndices y alcanzar los objetivos propuestos por el gobierno, y otra unidad dispuesta a sacrificar estos resultados en busca de una escuela m??s cerca de la realidad de sus estudiantes.Este projeto foi desenvolvido como trabalho pr??tico do Programa de Mestrado em Gest??o e Pr??ticas Educacionais (PROGEPE), seguindo a Linha de Pesquisa de Interven????o de Metodologias da Aprendizagem e Pr??ticas de Ensino (LIMAPE) da Universidade Nove de Julho. A tem??tica central versa sobre as metas estabelecidas no Projeto Pol??tico-Pedag??gico (PPP) de duas institui????es de ensino da mesma regi??o, que atendem um p??blico semelhante, mas apresentam resultados d??spares nas avalia????es oficiais e classificat??rias propostas pelo governo estadual. O foco do estudo ?? verificar a aplica????o das pr??ticas elencadas como metas do plano de a????o do PPP entre os alunos do ensino m??dio durante os anos letivos de 2014 e 2015, averiguando sua influ??ncia no rendimento dos estudantes das unidades escolares analisadas. A metodologia utilizada foi pesquisa bibliogr??fica em fonte secund??ria para composi????o do arcabou??o te??rico do trabalho e a proposta de um estudo de caso para convalidar o diagn??stico na an??lise final.
