Resumo: This qualitative research has the objective of the vocational high school student's view on their formation. In order to investigate the degree of satisfaction of this student with regard to their future professional insertion, structured interviews were used as questionnaire in a questionnaire format. A total of 107 students were randomly selected for the application of the questionnaires, 26 of which were former students of Technical Education and the remaining students were in training. The questionnaires were answered based on their personal impressions on the adequacy of the contents to the needs of their professional training. The group was made up of students with a differentiated profile in terms of social class, purchasing power and cultural formation. The subjects are students or graduates of a private institution that receives students from different ethnic groups, such as Italians, Japanese, Portuguese, Lebanese, Afro-descendants, among others. Considering that they are students coming from neighborhoods with a majority of proletarian residents and diversified cultural formation, a heterogeneous group formed, which nevertheless presented a characteristic common to all with regard to content acquisition. This characteristic is related to the appropriation of concepts that allow them an adequate insertion in the labor market. The interviews were answered using an electronic form. The results were submitted to techniques of quantitative evaluation and content analysis, based on the theoretical contribution of Adorno (1985, 2002) and Paulo Freire (1987, 1996). It was tried to answer if in the technical formation it is necessary the application of training for the development of complementary skills and competences of the students and alumni. The results of the research were the basis for the construction of an intervention proposal that intends to point out ways to curricular innovation, besides fomenting the organization of professional improvement workshops with the graduates of the analyzed courses.

Los cuestionarios fueron contestados bas??ndose en sus impresiones personales sobre la adecuaci??n de los contenidos a sus necesidades de formaci??n profesional. El grupo estaba compuesto por estudiantes con un perfil diferenciado en t??rminos de clase social, poder adquisitivo y formaci??n cultural. Son estudiantes o graduados de una instituci??n privada que recibe estudiantes de diferentes grupos ??tnicos, como italianos, japoneses, portugueses, libaneses, afrodescendientes, entre otros. Teniendo en cuenta que se trata de estudiantes procedentes de barrios con una mayor??a de residentes proletarios y de formaci??n cultural diversificada, se form?? un grupo heterog??neo, sin embargo, present?? una caracter??stica com??n a todos en materia de adquisici??n de contenidos. Esta caracter??stica se relaciona con la apropiaci??n de conceptos que les permiten una inserci??n adecuada en el mercado de trabajo. Las entrevistas fueron contestadas usando un formulario electr??nico. Los resultados fueron sometidos a t??cnicas de evaluaci??n cuantitativa y an??lisis de contenido, basadas en la contribuci??n te??rica de Adorno (1985, 2002) y Paulo Freire (1987, 1996). Se trat?? de responder si en la formaci??n t??cnica es necesaria la aplicaci??n de la formaci??n para el desarrollo de competencias complementarias y competencias de los estudiantes y graduados. Los resultados de la investigaci??n fueron la base para la construcci??n de una propuesta de intervenci??n que pretende indicar formas de innovaci??n curricular, adem??s de fomentar la organizaci??n de talleres de mejora profesional con los graduados de los cursos analizados.Esta pesquisa de cunho qualitativo tem por objeto o olhar do estudante do Ensino M??dio profissionalizante sobre sua forma????o. Com o objetivo de investigar o grau de satisfa????o desse aluno com rela????o ?? sua futura inser????o profissional, adotou-se como instrumento de pesquisa entrevistas estruturadas em formato de question??rio. Foram escolhidos aleatoriamente para a aplica????o dos question??rios, 107 estudantes, sendo 26 ex-alunos do Ensino T??cnico e os demais, alunos em forma????o. Os question??rios foram respondidos com base em suas impress??es pessoais sobre a adequa????o dos conte??dos ??s necessidades de sua forma????o profissional. O grupo formado revelou-se composto de alunos com perfil diferenciado em termos de classe social, poder aquisitivo e forma????o cultural. Os sujeitos s??o alunos ou egressos de uma institui????o particular que recebe alunos de diversas etnias, tais como italianos, japoneses, portugueses, libaneses, afrodescendentes, entre outros. Considerando que s??o alunos advindos de bairros com maioria de moradores prolet??rios e diversificada forma????o cultural, formou-se um grupo heterog??neo que, no entanto, apresentava uma caracter??stica comum a todos com rela????o ?? aquisi????o de conte??dos; tal caracter??stica est?? relacionada ?? apropria????o de conceitos que lhes permitem uma adequada inser????o no mercado de trabalho. As entrevistas foram respondidas por meio de formul??rio eletr??nico. Os resultados foram submetidos a t??cnicas de avalia????o quantitativa e an??lise de conte??do, balizados pela contribui????o te??rica de Adorno (1985; 2002) e Paulo Freire (1987; 1996). Buscou-se responder se na forma????o t??cnica se faz necess??ria a aplica????o de forma????o para o desenvolvimento de habilidades e compet??ncias complementares dos alunos e egressos.
