Resumo: This essay aims to analyze, through the evolution of the construction-destructive dialectic and existentialist notion, the convergence of the works carried out within the scope of the Group CNPq Cities and Heritagisation in Latin America (Gecipa/UnB). The hypothesis is that the group's research has been guided by this notion, precisely because of its totalizing character and focused on the synthesis of the capitalist nature. Promising notion of Geography, since it is based on a philosophical totality. Methodologically, the essay carries out: an introductory exposition of Gecipa, presenting thesis and dissertations concluded, indicating the dimension of the method by the said notion; presentation of the construction-destructive logic of mining, which has a spatial and ontological nature, synthesized by the Mining Spaciality, as a totalizing abstraction of being a miner; in the third moment, a dialogue is made with the notion of long-lasting spatial situation, which contributes to the understanding of the spatial condition created by the construction-destructive logic; finally, convergent research is pointed out in the direction of a necessary utopia of socio-spatial realization applied to Latin America, following a different logic: of community construction, horizontal, meaningful

La hipótesis es que la investigación del grupo se ha guiado por esta noción, precisamente por su carácter totalizador y centrada en la síntesis de la naturaleza capitalista. Noción prometedora de Geografía, ya que se basa en una totalidad filosófica. Metodológicamente, el ensayo lleva a cabo: una exposición introductoria de Gecipa, presentando tesis y disertaciones concluidas, indicando la dimensión del método por dicha noción; presentación de la lógica construcción-destructiva de la minería, que tiene una naturaleza espacial y ontológica, sintetizada por la Espacialidad Minera, como una abstracción totalizadora de ser un minero; en el tercer momento, se hace un diálogo con la noción de situación espacial duradera, que contribuye a la comprensión de la condición espacial creada por la lógica construcción-destructiva; finalmente, la investigación convergente se señala en la dirección de una utopía necesaria de realización socioespacial aplicada a América Latina, siguiendo otra lógica: de construcción comunitaria, horizontal, significativaEste ensaio tem o objetivo de analisar, pela evolução da noção dialética e existencialista construção-destrutiva, a convergência dos trabalhos realizados no escopo do Grupo de Pesquisa CNPq Cidades e Patrimonialização na América Latina (Gecipa/UnB). A hipótese é a de que as pesquisas do grupo têm sido balizadas por tal noção, justamente por seu caráter totalizante e voltada para a síntese da natureza capitalista. Noção promissora à Geografia, pois assentada numa totalidade filosófica.
