Resumo: | The work in Sports Justice is arduous and demands from its members (auditors, prosecutors and defenders) extreme agility to comply with the specific legislation, especially regarding the time limits for cognition of the existence of typical, unsportsmanlike and guilty conduct. I urge that the temporal limit of the sporting process that appreciates disciplinary quarrels and affects sports competitions is governed by the Federal Constitution of 1988, not only by the constitutional guarantee to the reasonable and rapid duration of the process (article 5, item LXXVIII2), but by the own art. 217, §§ 1 and 2, which establishes the period of 60 (sixty) days for the alleged infractions and issues mentioned to be assessed by the Sports Court. |

O labor na Justiça Desportiva é árduo e exige por parte de seus integrantes (auditores, procuradores e defensores) extrema agilidade para cumprir os desígnios da legislação específica, principalmente, quanto aos prazos de cognição da existência de conduta típica, antidesportiva e culpável. Cediço que o limite temporal do processo desportivo que aprecia querelas disciplinares e afetas aÌ€s competiçóƒes desportivas é regido pela Constituição Federal de 1988, não somente pela garantia constitucional aÌ€ razoável e célere duração do processo (art. 5°, inciso LXXVIII2), e sim pelo próprio art. 217, §§ 1° e 2°3, que estatui o prazo de 60 (sessenta) dias para que o as supostas infraçóƒes e questóƒes mencionadas sejam apreciadas pela Justiça Desportiva.
