Resumo: Over the past two decades, governance employed in the context of the public procurement plays a crucial role in the life of who prepares for a public career. This onedebate about such governance actors is widespread in the Federal District for hosting the main governmental bodies of the Union. This article aims to show the role ofgovernance in this branch. It aims to present the actors that form the contest network. Search present the relationship that currently exists between higher education and preparatory courses, reference to the work carried out in the Processus College.

Este artigo tem por objetivo mostrar o papel da governança neste ramo. Objetiva apresentar os atores que formam a rede de concurso.
