Resumo: In the present article, an exposition is made about the existence or not of limits for the task of interpreting the Constitution. In the end, starting from the premise that in democracy all semiosis is limited, it is proposed a cataloging and definition of limits for the change of the Constitution through the interpretation route, dividing such limits into principles or teleological and normative or semiotic
