THE CULTURAL SUBJECT: A REFLECTION ON HIGH ABILITIES/GIFTEDNESS AND ETHNIC-RACIAL RELATIONS

Resumo: This work addresses the theme of High Abilities/Giftedness (AH/SD) and ethnic-racial relations in a reflection based on an ongoing research. This research is ongoing. Its objective is to investigate the theme of AH/SD in teaching, research and extension, in addition to the scientific production of the UFAM, having culture, science and language as its thematic axis in the perspective of Inclusive and Intercultural Education and Epistemological Policies. The results – not definitive, point to a multiplicity of languages ​​in the formation of local identity, in view of an ethnic plurality that promotes border epistemes. Therefore, studies on AH/SD in this context are necessary and significant for analyzing the sensory profile and its consequences for the development of intelligence. We make a conceptual and analytical cut with regard to the definition of AH/SD in the Amazonian context in its representativeness and interethnic manifestations of the peoples of the forest and waters (FERREIRA, 2016) and of the frontier (LIMA, 2019). With this clipping we articulate the current and ancestral collective memory (SILVA, 2020), in order to identify and attend, from their ethnic-racial and gender specificities, to people with AH/SD in their local epistemologies, seeking to implement the Policy National Inclusion.

Esta investigación está en curso. Su objetivo es investigar el tema de la AH/DS en la docencia, la investigación y la extensión, además de la producción científica de la UFAM, teniendo como ejes temáticos la cultura, la ciencia y la lengua en la perspectiva de la Educación Inclusiva e Intercultural y las Políticas Epistemológicas. Los resultados -no definitivos- apuntan a una multiplicidad de lenguas en la formación de la identidad local, en vista de una pluralidad étnica que promueve epistemes de frontera. Por lo tanto, los estudios sobre HA/SD en este contexto son necesarios y significativos para analizar el perfil sensorial y sus consecuencias para el desarrollo de la inteligencia. Hacemos un corte conceptual y analítico respecto a la definición de AH/SD en el contexto amazónico en su representatividad y manifestaciones interétnicas de los pueblos de la selva y las aguas (FERREIRA, 2016) y de la frontera (LIMA, 2019). Con este recorte articulamos la memoria colectiva actual y ancestral (SILVA, 2020), con el fin de identificar y atender, desde sus especificidades étnico-raciales y de género, a las personas con HA/DS en sus epistemologías locales, buscando implementar la Política Nacional Inclusión.Esse trabalho aborda o tema das Altas Habilidades/Superdotação (AH/SD) e relações étnico-raciais numa reflexão a partir de uma pesquisa em andamento.
