Psychoanalytic supervision: some considerations about this practice.

Resumo: | With the objective of better understand the psychoanalytic supervision, an investigation was undertaken involving professionals directy involved in this practice. By way of interviews, eight analysts who function as supervisors and seven training analysts under supervision in training institutes were studied. Itwas observed that the concept generally associated with supervision represents a learning process. ln its practice, this learning relates to therapeutic aspects, thus creating difficulties in the institutional field a consequence of this is that a problem arises in relationship power, in the training institutes, between those who teach and those who learn. The transference experience presents itself as an interference in the process. |

The transference experience presents itself as an interference in the process.Objetivando uma compreensão sobre a supervisão psicanalítica, entrevistamos oito analistas didatas ligados a instituições formativas, que exerciam funções de supervisor e sete analistas em formação que eram supervisionados. Pudemos observar que o conceito em geral proposto para a supervisão costuma situá-la como um processo de aprendizagem enquanto que, na sua prática, esta se interliga a aspectos terapêuticos, gerando por isso, dificuldades no âmbito institucional. Em decorrência disto, estabelece[1]se a relação de poder que se verifica, nos institutos.
