Resumo: Presently, the competitive advantage of the nations, has as one of its pi/lars, the indogenousgeneration ofinnovation within telecommunications infrastructure. Strong competitionin the sector requires architecture withjlexible processes, able toface the ongoing repositioning of companies and products. The rearrangement of players and trends, which is increasingly common, and which has direct injluence over the destinies oftheorganizations, similarly requires jlexible management practices. A model showing the overlap of operational and competitive intelligence plans is presented as an alternative to assure the success of enterprises through ongoing and uniform informationjlow in ali business phases.
