Considering the dimensions of existence that appear in the history of philosophy, this article aims to understand what the philosophers Søren Kierkegaard and Albert Camus developed about the conceptions of existing, going through the themes of existential stadiums, in Kierkegaard, and the notion of absurd in Camus. For that, it becomes interesting to dialogue with some works of these authors, explicitly The concept of anguish, The human despair and The myth of Sisyphus, to realize that there are Kierkegaardian echoes in Camus' philosophical thought. Thus, it is observed that there are similarities in the dissimilarities between the conception of human existence or condition of these thinkers, that is, there is a certain influence of Kierkegaard, but with a certain amount of criticism to the Danish thinker. Thus, it allows to conclude that there is a possible reading made by the Algerian philosopher, Albert Camus, to the writings of the Dane, Søren Kierkegaard, either to argue or criticize his thought.
