Resumo: This article intends to present some notions concerning the transcendental anthropology of Karl Rahner. In order to do so, a panoramic approach was carried out: first, elucidate Rahner's understanding of transcendentality; then to verify how the theologian articulates this vision to the concepts of self-communication of God, supernatural existential, grace and freedom; and finally, to list some relevant points about his Christology, as well as his discourse about anonymous Christianity.

Depois, é também nosso intento mostrar como sua fenomenologia transcendental, ao prever a subsistência de certas condições, a priori, de possibilidade no ser humano, abre perspectivas para se pensar um “além do homem” estrutural, que, enquanto tal, remete o existente ao horizonte do Mistério inabarcável do Ser.
