Resumo: O presente estudo é uma investigação sobre o ato fotográfico e as narrativas visuais, orais e escritas produzidas por um grupo integrado de jovens alunos que participaram do projeto de pesquisa-intervenção, denominado Oficina de Photos e Graphias, com o objetivo de investigar a linguagem fotográfica como meio e mediação dos processos de construção de conhecimento, de constituição de subjetividades e de inclusão social. A concepção teórico-metodológica da pesquisa foi construída no diálogo com o pensamento de M.Bakhtin, Vygotsky, W.Benjamin e o estudo, mais espec­ífico, sobre a linguagem fotográfica foi desenvolvido a partir de P.Dubois, R.Barthes, S.Sontag, J.Dietrich, dentre outros autores.

The project aims at exploring the photographic language as a means and mediation for knowledge construction processes, for the constitution of subjectivities, and for social inclusion. The theoretical-methodological conception of the research was built on a dialogue with the ideas of M.Bakhtin, Vygotsky, and W. Benjamin, and the more specific study on the photographic language was developed based on P. Dubois, R. Barthes, S. Sontag, and J.
