Resumo: This paper wants to discuss the composition of a memory of displacement in contemporary Brazilian documentary. For this, Aboio (Marilia Rocha, 2005) will be the object of analysis that focus on the sound aspects (speech and singing) and image (landscape) taken here as spaces where is this memory. The question, however, is not limited to identifying how sound and image may present as spaces of memories, but also identify their respective raw materials. Our hypothesis is that the foundation of shifting memory in this documentary is the relationship between tradition and work - tradition is evident in the testimonies and work that fills the landscape.

Para ello, Aboio (Marília Rocha, 2005) será el objeto de análisis que centrará las atenciones en los aspectos sonoros (habla y canto) e de imagen (paisaje) tomados aquí como espacios donde se localiza tal memoria. La cuestión no se limita, por lo tanto, a apuntar cómo sonido e imagen pueden presentarse como espacios de memorias, sino que también identifica sus respectivas materias-primas. La hipótesis propuesta es que las bases de la memoria del desplazamiento en este documental están en la relación entre tradición y trabajo –tradición que se evidencia en las declaraciones y trabajo que colma el paisaje.Este texto se propõe a debater as composições de uma memória do deslocamento no documentário brasileiro contemporâneo. Para isso, Aboio (Marília Rocha, 2005) será o objeto da análise que centrará as atenções nos aspectos sonoros (fala e canto) e imagéticos (paisagem) tomados aqui como espaços onde se localiza tal memória. A questão não se limita, porém, a apontar como som e imagem podem se apresentar como espaços de memórias, mas também identificar suas respectivas matérias-primas.
