Resumo: The following paper starts from a reconstruction of social capital concepts connected with the social network approach. By doing this reconstruction, we try to understand how social capital can be found in Orkut and weblogs communities. Through a case study, we show how social interactions can help build different forms of social capital and how these forms can show important aspects of the study of those groups in the Internet
