Resumo: Analyzes of the articulations between the language and the performances of Sertanejo Universitário are developed in the article. From the method of “escuta conexa” (JANOTTI JR.; QUEIROZ, 2021), themes and practices, such as celebration, alcohol consumption and suffering, mediate possible corporeity’s, reverberated in the songs and mimicked by singers and fans of the music genre. For this, the ten most played songs on the Spotify platform in Brazil 2019 (period before the COVID-19 pandemic) are taken as a case, in addition to video clips of the aforementioned songs on Youtube, considering how such productions reveal valuations elements and practices mediated by the musical genre.

Desde el método de la “escucha conectada” (JANOTTI JR.; QUEIROZ, 2021), temas y prácticas, como la celebración, el consumo de alcohol y el sufrimiento, median corporeidades posibles, repercutidas en las canciones e imitadas por cantantes y aficionados al género musical. Para ello se toma como muestra las diez canciones más reproducidas en la plataforma Spotify. en Brasil, en 2019 (período anterior a la pandemia de COVID-19), además de videoclips de las canciones mencionadas en Youtube, considerando cómo tales producciones revelan elementos evaluativos y prácticas mediadas por el género musical.Análises das articulações entre a linguagem e as performances do Sertanejo Universitário são desenvolvidas no artigo. A partir do método de “escuta conexa” (JANOTTI JR.; QUEIROZ, 2021), verifica-se temas e práticas, tais como o festejo, o consumo de álcool e o sofrimento, que medeiam corporeidades possíveis, reverberadas nas canções e mimetizadas por cantores e fãs do gênero musical.
