New Society Mediations between Public and Private

Resumo: The crisis of the capitalism and of the real socialism, in the end of the twentieth century, it unchains a rediscussion regarding new projects of society. The reflection is retaked regarding the foundations of the modernity trying to understand the supports in which were built the "models" of society and which the problems that they presented in its process of practical implementation. That reflection demonstrates the limits of the modern project and it evokes the several social actors who explicitate proposals of society organization starting from the condicionating that you/they live in their concrete realities and of the possibilities that possess. That text tries to present some aspects of as it comes if giving that reflection in the Northwest Border of the state Rio Grande do Sul, that lives an important moment of discussion regarding its development possibilities. Private.A crise do capitalismo e do socialismo real, no final do século vinte, desencadeia uma rediscussão a respeito de novos projetos societários. Retoma-se a reflexão em torno dos fundamentos da modernidade, procurando compreender as bases em que foram construídos os “modelos” societários e que problemas apresentaram em seu processo de implementação prática. Essa reflexão demonstra os limites do projeto moderno e evoca os diversos atores sociais a explicitarem suas propostas de organização societária a partir dos condicionantes que vivem em suas realidades concretas e das possibilidades que possuem. Esse texto procura apresentar alguns aspectos de como ocorre essa reflexão na Fronteira Noroeste do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, que vive um momento importante de discussão a respeito de suas possibilidades de desenvolvimento.
