Resumo: | The aim of this study was to carry out an integrative literature review in order to know what has been researched about the right to health of people deprived of liberty. The searches were carried out in the Virtual Health Library with the following descriptors: “prison”, “health care” and “right to health”. A final sample of 14 articles was obtained, whose analysis was expressed in three categories: context of health care for people deprived of liberty, health of the female prison population, and access to health services in prison. The results show that, as a rule, the prison system is characterized as a place of violation of human rights, given the various obstacles faced by people deprived of liberty in accessing health services. |

Editora da PUCRS - ediPUCRS2023-02-24info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://revistaseletronicas.pucrs.br/ojs/index.php/fass/article/view/4296110.15448/1677-9509.2023.1.42961Textos & Contextos (Porto Alegre); Vol. 22 No. 1 (2023): Single Volume ; e42961Textos & Contextos (Porto Alegre); v. 22 n. 1 (2023): Número Único ; e429611677-950910.15448/1677-9509.2023.1reponame:Textos & contextos (Porto Alegre)instname:Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS)instacron:PUC_RSporhttps://revistaseletronicas.pucrs.br/ojs/index.php/fass/article/view/42961/27934http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessOliveira, Gilberto Reinaldo deNascimento, Rodolfo Gomes doAraújo, Adrilayne dos Reis2023-12-22T13:57:17Zoai:ojs.revistaseletronicas.pucrs.br:article/42961Revistahttps://revistaseletronicas.pucrs.br/ojs/index.php/fassPUBhttps://revistaseletronicas.pucrs.br/ojs/index.php/fass/oaitextos@pucrs.br1677-95091677-9509opendoar:2023-12-22T13:57:17Textos & contextos (Porto Alegre) - Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS)false |
