Resumo: This paper analyzes the political and economic changes in Cuba under Raúl Castro administration. In this way, it points the impact of the fall of real socialism and the dynamics of changes needed, which was restored in the country. Then analyzes the Cuban transition and the update of the social-politic model, discussing, in this way, the main political and economic changes, such as the emergence of a new form of leadership, new legislation about the work market, the possession and sale of property and more interaction with the outside world, as well as the impacts and the perspective of this changes.

En este sentido, se señala los impactos de la caída del socialismo y la dinámica de los cambios, necesarios, que fue introducido en el país. A continuación, se analiza la transición cubana y la actualización del modelo, discutiendo los principales cambios políticos y económicos, tales como la aparición de una nueva forma de liderazgo, una nueva legislación sobre el mercado de trabajo, la posesión y venta de bienes y más interacción con el resto del mundo, entre otros, así como el impacto y las perspectivas de tales cambios.Este trabalho analisa as transformações políticas e econômicas em Cuba sob a atuação de Raúl Castro. Neste sentido, aponta os impactos da queda do socialismo real e a dinâmica de mudanças, necessárias, que se instaurou no país.
