Caring-educating in day care: Itineraries through the work of Anped, Grupeci e BDTD

Resumo: The National Curriculum Guidelines for Early Childhood Education provide that early childhood centers and preschools should care for and educate infants and children. The purpose of this article is to discuss studies on concepts and practices in child care. The survey was carried out between 2007 and 2018 in the archives of the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations and in the Annals of the Meetings of the National Association of Graduate Studies and Research in Education and the Seminar of Research Groups on Children and Childhood. The analysis shows an increase in the number of research on the subject, but there is a reduced number of studies produced. It demarcates that although the discussion on the dichotomy between the actions of care and education seems overcome in the theoretical field and in the legislation, it is perceived by the early childhood education school teachers in a segmented way. In this sense, the works point to the need to keep the topic under discussion in the initial and continuing teacher training.

El propósito de este artículo es discutir estudios sobre concepciones y prácticas en centros infantiles. La encuesta fue realizada entre 2007 y 2018 en los archivos de la Biblioteca Digital Brasileña de Tesis y Disertaciones y en los Anales de los Encuentros de la Asociación Nacional de Estudios de Postgrado e Investigación en Educación y en el Seminario de Grupos de Investigación sobre Niños e Infancia. El análisis muestra un aumento en el número de investigaciones sobre el tema, pero hay un número reducido de estudios producidos. Demarca que aunque la discusión sobre la dicotomía entre las acciones de cuidado y educación parece superada en el campo teórico y en la legislación, es percibida por las maestras del los centros infantiles de manera segmentada. En este sentido, los trabajos apuntan a la necesidad de mantener el tema en discusión en la formación inicial y continua del profesorado.As Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais para a Educação Infantil estabelecem que creches e pré-escolas devem cuidar e educar bebês e crianças. Este artigo tem por objetivo discutir estudos sobre concepções e práticas na creche. O levantamento foi realizado no período entre 2007 e 2018 nos arquivos da Biblioteca Digital Brasileira de Teses e Dissertações e nos Anais das Reuniões da Associação Nacional de Pós- Graduação e Pesquisa em Educação e do Seminário de Grupos de Pesquisa sobre Crianças e Infâncias. A análise aponta um crescimento do número de pesquisas sobre a temática, mas há um quantitativo reduzido de estudos produzidos. Demarca que apesar da discussão sobre a dicotomia entre as ações de cuidado e educação parecer superada no campo teórico e na legislação, ela é percebida pelas professoras de creche de modo segmentado.
