Resumo: | This investigation is part of a research of Doctorate which discuss the teacher education in collaborative contexts online. Developed in the virtual environment Moodle, of the Platform of Teachers of the University Federal of São Carlos, constituted in a community of learning online, involving undergraduate students in Pedagogy in the last year of beginner teacher education and beginner teachers of the initial years of primary education. The data of the research is of a teacher who initially participated as an undergraduate student and, subsequently, was accompanied by autobiographical narratives in the process of insertion in the professional career. Our objective is to analyze, through the professional autobiographical narratives of this teacher, the journey of induction to teaching conducted in the collaborative research. In the journey of her inception in the career, the teacher, leaves evidence on how she prospectively sees professional goals and objectives to help her constitute herself as teacher. Also, she places herself as a reflexive teacher, focused on her aspirations and educational necessities. |

Desarrollada en el ambiente Moodle, del Portal de Profesores de la Universidad Federal de São Carlos, se constituyó en una comunidad de aprendizaje online, involucrando estudiantes de Pedagogía en el último año de formación inicial y profesores principiantes de los años iniciales de la enseñanza fundamental. Los datos de la investigación son de una profesora que en un principio participó como licenciada y posteriormente, fue acompañada por medio de narrativas autobiográficas en su proceso de inserción en la carrera profesional. Nuestro objetivo es analizar, a través de las narrativas autobiográficas profesionales de esta profesora, el recorrido de inducción a la docencia realizado en la investigación colaborativa. En el recorrido de su inicio de carrera, la profesora, deja pistas sobre cómo ve sus perspectivas, expectativas, metas y objetivos profesionales que la ayudarán a formarse como profesora. Ella, también, se coloca como una profesora reflexiva, enfocada en sus deseos y necesidades formativas.Esta investigação é parte de uma pesquisa de doutorado que discute a formação de professores em contextos colaborativos online. Desenvolvida no ambiente Moodle, do Portal de Professores da Universidade Federal de São Carlos, constituiu-se em uma comunidade de aprendizagem online, envolvendo licenciandos em Pedagogia no último ano de formação inicial e professores iniciantes dos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental. Os dados da pesquisa são de uma professora que inicialmente participou como licencianda e, posteriormente, foi acompanhada por meio de narrativas autobiográficas em seu processo de inserção à carreira profissional. Nosso objetivo é analisar, por meio das narrativas autobiográficas profissionais dessa professora, o percurso de indução à docência realizado na pesquisa colaborativa. No percurso de seu início de carreira, a professora, deixa pistas sobre como vê prospectivamente metas e objetivos profissionais para ajudá-la a constituir-se professora. Ela, também, se coloca como uma professora reflexiva, focada em seus desejos e necessidades formativas.
