Resumo: The article analyzes some formative experiences developed with teachers in the field of Early Childhood Education (EI) and focused on praxis with mini-stories. It is about discussing, through training-research, the sensitive field of pedagogical action in IE, in order to contextualize the ethical-aesthetic practices of mini-stories to the creation of knowledge. The mini-stories are configured as ways of seeing and narrating the children's world, under the eyes of teachers. The research contributions are linked to the reflective processes of the pedagogical action, in the act of interacting, of strengthening the re-elaborations with mini-stories, which involve the reading of human issues, to learn to look, listen, investigate, perform the gesture of photographing, write and learn to be a sensitive teacher.

Se trata de discutir, a través de la formación-investigación, el campo sensible de la acción pedagógica en IE, con el fin de contextualizar las prácticas ético-estéticas de los mini-relatos a la creación de conocimiento. Los mini-cuentos se configuran como formas de ver y narrar el mundo infantil, bajo la mirada de los profesores. Los aportes de la investigación están vinculados a los procesos reflexivos de la acción pedagógica, en el acto de interactuar, de fortalecer las reelaboraciones con mini-historias, que involucran la lectura de cuestiones humanas, para aprender a mirar, escuchar, investigar, realizar el gesto de fotografiar, escribir y aprender a ser un docente sensible.O artigo analisa algumas experiências formativas desenvolvidas com professores no campo da educação infantil e voltadas para a práxis com mini-histórias. Trata-se de discutir, por meio da pesquisa-formação, o campo sensível do agir pedagógico na EI, para contextualizar as práticas ético-estéticas de mini-histórias à criação de conhecimentos. As mini-histórias se configuram como formas de ver e narrar o mundo infantil, sob o olhar dos professores.
