Resumo: The prupose of this paper is to understand the central theoretical questions raised in the discussion on Decent Work found in studies published in the main national management events. The methodology used was the Integrative Review, which considered the material obtained from 2014 to 2021, seeking points of convergence and divergence on central issues. A content analysis was performed based on the identified categories. Results demonstrate that: there is a connection between the objectives and targets of SDG 8 and its interpretation. The conclusion points to a research agenda involving the theme and its approaches.

La metodología utilizada fue la Revisión Integrativa, que consideró el material obtenido de 2014 a 2021, buscando puntos de convergencia y divergencia en temas centrales. Se realizó un análisis de contenido a partir de las categorías identificadas. Los resultados demuestran que: existe una conexión entre los objetivos y metas del ODS 8 y su interpretación. La conclusión apunta para una agenda de investigación que envuelve el tema y sus abordajes.O objetivo deste estudo é compreender as questões teóricas centrais suscitadas no debate sobre Trabalho Decente encontrado nos estudos divulgados nos principais eventos Nacionais de Administração.
