Resumo: | This research aimed to analyze the relationship between high-performance human resource practices, innovation climate and bullying in the workplace in the information technology (IT) sector. Data were collected using the online survey method and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling technique. The sample consisted of 336 professionals from the IT sector. Examining the results obtained, it was found that high-performance human resource practices contribute to strengthen the innovation climate and reduce workplace bullying in technology companies. |

Los datos se recopilaron mediante el método de encuesta en línea y se analizaron mediante la técnica de modelado de ecuaciones estructurales. La muestra estuvo formada por 336 profesionales del sector de las tecnologías de la información. Al examinar los resultados obtenidos, se encontró que las prácticas de gestión de personas de alto desempeño contribuyen a fortalecer el clima de innovación y reducir el bullying en las empresas de tecnología.Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo analisar a relação entre as práticas de gestão de pessoas de alto desempenho, o clima de inovação e o bullying no ambiente de trabalho no setor de tecnologia da informação (TI). Os dados foram coletados utilizando o método survey online e analisados por meio da técnica de Modelagem de Equações Estruturais. A amostra foi composta por 336 profissionais do setor de TI.
