Resumo: Organizations are impacted by employees who do not get caught up in them and seek better working conditions, policies, fairer practices and support. It verified the perceptions of professionals regarding distributive justice and how the procedures influence the perception organizational’s support, the intention to leave and dissemination of the organizational image. Quantitative research was carried out with 300 workers with analysis of structural equations, five hypotheses of the research model were tested. It was confirmed that Distributive Justice and Procedural Justice influence the Perception of Organizational Support. Organizational Support negatively influences the Rotation Intention, interfering positively in the Organizational Image.

Se verificó las percepciones de los profesionales sobre la justicia distributiva y cómo los procedimientos influyen en la percepción de apoyo organizacional, la intención de salir y la difusión de la imagen organizacional. Se realizó una investigación cuantitativa con 300 trabajadores con análisis de ecuaciones estructurales, se probaron cinco hipótesis del modelo de investigación. Se confirmó que la Justicia Distributiva y la Justicia Procesal influyen en la Percepción del Apoyo Organizacional. El Apoyo Organizacional influye negativamente en la Intención de Rotación, interfiriendo positivamente en la Imagen Organizacional.Organizações são impactadas por colaboradores que não se prendem nelas e buscam melhores condições de trabalho, políticas, práticas mais justas e suporte. Verificou-se as percepções de profissionais com relação à justiça distributiva e como os procedimentos influenciam a percepção de suporte organizacional, a intenção de sair e divulgação da imagem organizacional. Fez-se pesquisa quantitativa com 300 trabalhadores com análise de equações estruturais, testadas cinco hipóteses do modelo de pesquisa. Confirmou-se que a Justiça de Distributiva e a Justiça de Procedimentos influenciam a Percepção de Suporte Organizacional.
