Resumo: | The objective of this work is to statistically test a multi-attribute scale to assess the factors that make up the Job Embeddedness (JE) in Brazil. This is a research with a quantitative and descriptive approach, carried out through a survey with a sample of 327 Brazilian employees. For data analysis, the SPSSTM software was used, when Factor Analyzes were performed, and the adjustment and quality indices provided by the AMOSTM software were used. The results also reveal the determination of a model with adequate adjustment indexes, highlighting the reliability and consistency of the scale, enabling its replication. |
