Resumo: The research was carried out to study retirement for retirement, given the analysis of the pension reform for retirement, given the decision to establish itself with the evaluation of the work and planning of university students. Based on the results, it was possible to identify the expectation with the profession and the o for the disclosure in which he was designated for the hiring. The choice of profession is linked to a capacity for employability and thus being financially successful. Therefore, the secondary form must be planned, thus generating greater security for financial conditions in the future to meet its needs.

Therefore, the secondary form must be planned, thus generating greater security for financial conditions in the future to meet its needs.El objetivo de esta investigación fue analizar la expectativa de jubilación, ante la reforma de la seguridad social, y la relación que establece con la expectativa de trabajo y planificación financiera de los estudiantes universitarios. Con base en los resultados, fue posible identificar que la expectativa con la profesión y la planificación para el retiro influyen en la expectativa de retiro. La elección de una profesión está ligada a una expectativa de empleabilidad y, por tanto, de éxito económico. Próximamente podrán planificar de forma secundaria, generando así una mayor seguridad de contar en el futuro con condiciones financieras para cubrir sus necesidades.Objetivo da presente pesquisa foi analisar a expectativa para a aposentadoria, diante da reforma previdenciária, e a relação que se estabelece com a expectativa de trabalho e planejamento financeiro de estudantes universitários. Com base nos resultados, foi possível identificar que a expectativa com a profissão e o planejamento para a aposentadoria influenciam na expectativa para a aposentadoria. A escolha da profissão está atrelada a uma expectativa de empregabilidade e assim ser bem-sucedido financeiramente.
