Resumo: This paper presents the analysis of return reasons to work of retired civil servers, through insertion in a acquirements dissemination program in a Brazilian University. They participated in the survey, quantitative and descriptive, 118 retired civil servers. It was identified that the return relates especially to the centrality of work, highlighting the reasons for feeling of usefulness, greater social interaction, desire to occupy idle time and personal realization.Keywords: Work; Retirement; Psychology.

Participaron en la encuesta, cuantitativa y descriptiva, 118 servidores civiles jubilados. Se identificó que el retorno se relaciona especialmente con la centralidad del trabajo, destacando las razones de sentimiento de utilidad, mayor interacción social, el deseo de ocupar el tiempo ocioso y la realización personal.Palabras clave: Trabajo; Jubilación; Psicología. Este artigo apresenta a análise das razões de retorno ao trabalho de servidores públicos aposentados, mediante a inserção em um programa de disseminação de conhecimentos, em uma Universidade Brasileira. Participaram da pesquisa, de natureza quantitativa e descritiva, 118 servidores aposentados.
