Resumo: | The present study aimed to apply people analytics to analyze a set of variables of a specific group of employees, more specifically, drivers of a logistics company, in order to identify patterns and propose improvement strategies related to people management. The clustering technique was applied, from which the formation of two groups was obtained: the Senior and the Junior. Based on the characteristics of each one, such as age, time spent working and driving, productivity, number of overtime hours, absenteeism, it was possible to draw specific suggestions for each of the profiles. |

Based on the characteristics of each one, such as age, time spent working and driving, productivity, number of overtime hours, absenteeism, it was possible to draw specific suggestions for each of the profiles.El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo aplicar el people analytics para analizar un conjunto de variables de un grupo específico de empleados, más específicamente, conductores de una empresa de logística, con el fin de identificar patrones y proponer estrategias de mejora relacionadas con la gestión de personas. Se aplicó la técnica de agrupamiento, de la cual se obtuvo la formación de dos grupos: el Senior y el Junior. A partir de las características de cada uno, como edad, tiempo de trabajo y conducción, productividad, número de horas extraordinarias, absentismo, fue posible elaborar sugerencias específicas para cada uno de los perfiles.O presente estudo teve como objetivo aplicar o people analytics para analisar um conjunto de variáveis de um grupo específico de colaboradores, mais especificamente, motoristas de uma empresa de logística, a fim de identificar padrões e propor estratégias de melhoria relacionadas à gestão de pessoas. Aplicou-se a técnica de clusterização, da qual obteve-se a formação de dois grupos: o Sênior e o Júnior.
