Resumo: The article it’s a review of the book The Age of The Right from Norberto Bobbio, which says about the human rights and democracy, that both bring a balance in the society which we must protect. Those rights were born from the history of humanity with the collective conviviality, where was improved and build with over time. The book was able to see that is possible to have the right without democracy, but it’s not able to have democracy without right.

Estos derechos nacieron de la historia de la sociedad con la convivencia colectiva, donde se fue perfeccionando y construyendo a lo largo del tiempo. Un libro en el que se pudo ver que puede haber derecho sin democracia, pero no hay democracia sin derecho.O artigo é um resumo do livro a “Era dos Direitos” de Norberto Bobbio, que fala dos direitos humanos e democracia, em que ambos trazem um equilíbrio na sociedade e que devemos protegê-los. Esses direitos nasceram a partir da história da sociedade com a convivência coletiva, onde foi aperfeiçoada e construída com o passar do tempo.
