Resumo: This job has the main objective to demonstrate how Caixa Economica Federal is working to achieve its greatest strategic goal, which is to be among the three largest Brazilian banks by 2022. Besides being an important agent of the government in the effectiveness of public policies, the CEF also intends to be a financial institution which offers a competitive products and services packages in the market and look forward meeting the expectations of their customers. Understanding the mechanism and as the marketing tools will be applied to achieve this goal is essential, besides this, it is necessary to know how the interaction happens in each area, what changes were proposed and compare to the theory studied. Literature searches were conducted in different sources like books, internet, handouts support, documents and internal regulations of the company that served as a reference for this study. The results showed how CEF has evolved to achieve their goals, what CEF hopes in each strategy and what still needs to be improved

Além de ser uma importante agente do governo na efetividade das políticas públicas, a Caixa também pretende ser uma instituição financeira com pacotes de produtos e serviços competitivos no mercado e que satisfaçam às expectativas de seus clientes. Entender o mecanismo e como as ferramentas de marketing serão aplicadas para a conquista desse objetivo é fundamental, pois é preciso saber como acontece a interação de cada área, o que foi proposto de mudança e fazer um paralelo à teoria estudada. Foram realizadas pesquisas bibliográficas em diversas fontes como livros, internet, apostilas de apoio, documentos e normas internas da empresa que serviram como referencial para o estudo de caso.
