Resumo: This monograph discusses the changes brought by Law n. 13.015/2014 on labor appeal system, as a way to unify the jurisprudence homeland. It was intended, through this study, demonstrate that the uniformity of law is a new trend in the legal world, due to the recent rapprochement that has occurred between the legal families of the common law and civil law. More than that, this new trend has been critical to the effectiveness of such values as reasonable process duration, the effectiveness of providing judicial and legal system afforded by the courts. The objective is therefore to examine the new system of judging of the special appeal, in light of these values, so important in the legal world today. The objective is to verify the use of standardization of case law as a way to solve the crisis in the Labour Judiciary
