Resumo: This paper presents a discussion of bullying in the workplace, pointing brief concepts of the topic, its subjects, methods, characteristic features, objectives, impact on work and social life of the worker, as well as the consequences in the business environment and society generally. Still brings questions about the existence of bullying at the collective level and positioning of the Courts on the subject. Clarifies about the framework of bullying in the workplace by law. Finally, the debate about behaviors and strategies to be used by companies to curb this practice in the workplace
