Resumo: This research aims to analyze how the law n. 10,639/03 if constituted in curriculum prescribed by the policies of the City Department of education (EMS) of São Paulo. The study articulates the recent trajectory of law n. 10,639/03 public educational policies municipal antiracist the identification of changes and theoreticalmethodological stays on the subject history and Afro-brazilian and African Culture in curricular guidance documents of the discipline of History of elementary school II, during different administrations of the city of São Paulo, in the period from 2005 to 2016. Subsidize the research authors Goodson (1991 and 1995), Sacristán (2000), Bandi (1998 and 2018) and Gomes (2011)

O estudo articula a trajetória recente da Lei n.10.639/03 às políticas públicas educacionais antirracistas municipais à identificação das mudanças e permanências teórico-metodológicas sobre a temática História e Cultura Afrobrasileira e Africana nos documentos de orientação curricular da disciplina de História do Ensino Fundamental II, durante diferentes administrações da Prefeitura de São Paulo, no período de 2005 a 2016.
