The aim of this work is to analyze the main impacts of Act no 11.101/2005 with the advent of the Code of Civil Procedure of 2015, as well as to which this new Brazilian civil procedural system is compatible with the rite and the principles that guide the procedures of court- supervised reorganization proceedings and bankruptcy. In order to do so, we analyzed the changes in the procedural law that most directly affect such procedures, especially the changes that, at the beginning of the Code of Civil Procedure of 2015 have been the subject of divergence, with heated discussions in doctrine and case law, the study seeks to give a practical view of the issues and present a way for interpretation and harmonization of the norms in questions such as: the calculation of deadline deadlines, means of challenging decisions rendered in bankruptcy and court-supervised reorganization proceedings, judicial sale of assets, procedures of revocation suits and of challenging the general list of creditors
