This work resulted from a literature search in relation to the institution of injunctive relief against the Revenue. In the exploratory part covered the following subjects: civil procedure, concept, character and nature of injunctive relief, art. 273 of the Code of Civil Procedure, similarities and differences between precautionary measures and injunctive relief, anticipation of guardianship in the constitutive and declaratory actions. Done that we treat the concept of treasury as well as procedural and constitutional prerogatives inherent in this. Following this analysis, was held up as the advancement of trusteeship in the face of the Treasury, when we deal with issues directly related to the topic under study. We conclude that it is possible to apply the injunction in the face of the Treasury
