This work aims to present a reflection about the changes that has shaken our Church, especially at the top of the pyramid in the Roman Curia that in a short period of three years has seen the resignation of Pope Bento XVI, on February 11, 2013, being the first pope to make this decision in 600 years. His resignation is more than an act of courage and individual detachment, a shock treatment to revive the heart of the Catholic Church.
