Resumo: This thesis discusses a language workshop called "Quem não se comunica se ‘estrumbica'", contextualized in a singular scenario, the Center of Coexistence (Cecco), in which the clinic overflows its original restriction. The Ceccos, as services of the psychosocial care network, work from the perspective of health production. They are hybrid devices, located on the edge between clinic, social and culture. For this, they privilege the workshop as a fundamental device of social interaction, provoking encounters that generate life power. The offer of workshops is made for the entire population so that the meetings take place in the logics of heterogeneity, inclusion, and social empowerment. The general objective of this thesis was to investigate the power of this workshop as a provoking device for encounters between different subjects, and of their mobilizations due to the discursive circulation that occurs there. We tried to identify and analyze the perception of its participants, in the sense of their interpretations about the discursive and subjective effects of this device. For this, narrative research of qualitative nature was carried out, with dialectical inspiration. The "conversation wheel" was used at the beginning of the workshop, with presentation of trigger questions related to the relationship between the workshop and its discursive and subjective effects. These provided an interactive game whose collective narrative construction was constituted in the analysis material. Because it is a workshop developed in an open-door environment with a floating population, a cut-out was established for a period of 12 subsequent meetings, randomly determined, to delineate a study of diachronic bias that guaranteed a certain historical construction, the basis of the narratives. The researcher/coordinator and 10 workshop goers were considered subjects because they presented a minimum frequency of 6 meetings and were constituents of most of the analyzed material. Another reason was the simple fact that they had greater discursive opportunity, effect of the greater opportunity of encounter. All had their names replaced to maintain the necessary secrecy. The discursive material was undertaken to analyze content of the thematic type, inspired by Bardin (2010). From the analysis process, 3 major categories were instilled: social enlistment, discursive circulation and subjective protagonism. These are formed by several sub-themes that intertwine, because they represent essentially human issues, of the common life and its conflicts, of life in vulnerability, by loneliness/disease/discrimination, lives that are sometimes by a thread, just a thread of intersubjectivity. The reports point to transformations operated in almost all these 10 subjects in terms of changes, especially in their discursive positions and social empowerment related to the good meetings provoked in the workshop. The results reveal that this language workshop, by calling the participants to build their stories in the collective, provokes games of interactions, meetings that allow the circulation of the word, which radically affects the human. And when the word circulates, when the empowerment produced by authorship and autonomy occurs, when encounters generate affections, joy, subjects can produce new ways of being in life, they can produce health
