After the third industrial revolution, we modified the ways in which we relate, making possible the expansion of possibilities and potential arising from technological advances. Just as in the social and economic environment, labor relations in the capitalist system led entrepreneurs to seek alternatives for cost reduction, optimization of time and space, and greater profitability. With the advent of Law No. 13467/1970, labor relations underwent major changes, although they were brutally criticized by a large part of society. Among them, we can mention the teleworking, which consists of the provision of services predominantly carried out outside the employer's premises, through the use of virtual means in the exercise of its activities, being mandatory formalization expressed by individual contract of work. The problematic that surrounds the subject and that will be discussed in the present work is if this new contractual modality would be in fact more advantageous to the worker or only a camouflaged form of flexibilization of rights.
