Resumo: It deals with the present Course Completion Work on Outsourcing Services. Initially it was approached about its concept, the historical origin of the Outsourcing of Services in the world and in Brazil, passing by the jurisprudential evolutions in the Brazilian legal system. Also discussed were the modalities of outsourcing and definition of what is illicit outsourcing. The study presented here listed the Laws dealing with outsourcing and labor relations with comments on Precedents 256 and 331, both of the Superior Labor Court, elucidating their topics. Subsequently, we dealt with Law 13.429/2017, which brought significant changes in the scope of outsourcing, such as the legality of this type of hiring for the employer's core activity
