Resumo: This project discusses the Brazilian law 13.429/17 and its consequencies on outsourcing and temporary job. The changes produced in this new scenario are analyzed through the study of the Principles of Labor Law, the Federal Constitution, the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT on Portuguese acronym), the Federal Law 6.019/74 e the new Federal Law 13.429/17. Considering the new possibilities of outsourcing of business process and operational and/or non-core functions, avoiding the increment of illegal outsourcing which try to break 2nd and 3rd articles of Brazilian CLT and TST Precedent 331, whose items I and II – first part – can be super passed, extremely important, given the new act regulated the outsourcing issue

Através de estudos dos Princípios do Direito do Trabalho, da Constituição Federal, da Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho, da Lei no 6.019/74 e da nova Lei no 13.429/2017 que regula a terceirização, abordamos as alterações trazidas pela nova lei e as consequências que elas implicarão nas novas contratações.
