Resumo: The present dissertation aims to analyze the Stability of Interlocutory Relief Requested in the Complaint and your respective requirements and assumptions, introduced in the legal system by the 2015 Brazilian Code of Civil Procedure, in articles 303 e 304. As for the strutucture, the paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is destinated to show the historic evolution by the Code of Civil Procedure and the General Provisions. The second chapter, abord the General Provisions in the Code of Civil Procedure. In continuity, the third chapter, is based on the procedure request of the Interlocutory Relief Requested in the Complaint. By the end, the fourth and last one chapter, does a study about the requirements to Stability of Interlocutory Relief Requested in the Complaint and a analyse about the possibility of alteration. The presente paper shows yet, the comparation between the legislation and the opinion of a range of professors about the theme, incluide the legal matters that doens´t have a pacific doctrine yet

Em termos estruturais, o trabalho se divide em quatro capítulos. O primeiro capítulo é destinado a narrar a evolução histórica do Processo Civil e da Tutela Provisória. O segundo capítulo, aborda a Tutela Provisória no Código de Processo Civil. Em continuidade, o terceiro capítulo, trata do Procedimento para solicitação da Tutela de Urgência Antecipada Requerida em Caráter Antecedente. Por fim, o quarto e último capítulo, faz um estudo sobre os requisitos para Estabilização da Tutela Antecipada Requerida em Caráter Antecedente e uma análise sobre as possíveis formas de alteração.
