This thesis has for a goal to analyze the institute of the “Process harassment on the Labor Court”, which is a very actual theme in our law system, without its own rules, that makes it even harder to identify. Thus, in order to better understand it, this thesis was divided in three chapters. In a first moment it was used an approach from the Labor Process, since its concept, its constitutional principles, as well as the possibility of the subsidiary use of the Civil Process in the Labor Process. In a second instant, it was analyzed the forms of abusive use of the Labor Process, how they arise, the way to identify it and to distinguish them in the law system. At the end, in the last chapter, it was treated the main subject of this résumé, which is the “Process harassment on the Labor Court”. The theme was first seen, into the chapter, from its international perspective, especially from the Italian Rights view, through Michelle Pinto’s Law. Then it was finally studied by its national scope, throughout jurisprudence and doctrine, highlighting the actions to minimize the presence of such phenomenon, that difficult as much the process finalization and distort the Labor Rights as the process celerity principle
