Resumo: | The thesis Teachers: bullying and madness, the methodological point of view, emphasizes the qualitative aspects in relation to quantity, according to its epistemological nature. Assume a participant observation in a municipal school unit in the south zone of Sao Paulo using annotations block of problem situations experienced by teachers who disagreed or questioned the models and rules dictated by the strength of hierarchy and daily conversations with them as a way of understanding equation pleasure / suffering of individuals in their daily and repeated relations with the work. Describes the status of teachers by rebelling against the imposition of powers found conventionalism as punishment and exclusion of the group for which the punishment is not meted out to everyone so mimicking the speech of managers to disseminate further fear in the workplace and contributing to increasing the submission conference. As being offenders were humiliated, embarrassed and bullying losing affective bonds with their peers and ending with the health, identity and dignity compromised, with a degree of dissatisfaction or frustration professional concern, a mixture of despair and loneliness. The study of the feeling of exclusion caused by bullying was complemented by the method of open interviews focusing on the life story of a beleaguered teacher to analyze in depth the problem of generating research, getting as much information as possible from the viewpoint allowing an interviewee's understanding of affective and evaluative and insecurity of teachers by exposing the reality of school units within the municipal managers faced with authoritarian regimes that deny the right of free speech and perpetuate a universe made up of faculty relations exclusive. By addressing the psychopathology of work, based on the studies of Dr. Christophe Dejours and the bibliography of specialized Bader Sawaia, Margarida Barreto, Marie-France Hirigoyen was approached mental suffering, away from the theoretical concepts that affect the relationship between work and health / illness (mental) from the perspective of classical psychiatry, building psychopathological profiles, the burnout syndrome, as a consequence of the harassment and suffering of social apartheid. Assume uma observação participante em uma unidade escolar municipal da zona sul de São Paulo utilizando anotações em bloco das situações problemas vivenciadas por professores que discordaram ou questionaram os modelos e regras ditadas pela força da hierarquia e das conversas diárias com os mesmos como forma de compreensão da equação prazer/sofrimento dos indivíduos nas suas cotidianas e reiteradas relações com o trabalho. Descreve a situação de professores que por se rebelarem contra a imposição de poderes encontraram como convencionalismo a punição e a exclusão do grupo para que o castigo não infligisse a todos mimetizando assim o discurso das chefias ao disseminarem ainda mais o medo no ambiente de trabalho e contribuindo para o aumento da submissão coletiva. Por serem considerados transgressores foram humilhados, constrangidos e assediados moralmente perdendo os laços afetivos com seus pares e acabando com a saúde, a identidade e dignidade comprometidas, com um grau de insatisfação ou frustração profissional preocupante, um misto de desesperança e solidão. O estudo do sentimento de exclusão causado pelo assédio moral foi complementando através do método de entrevista aberta com enfoque na história de vida de um dos professores assediados para analisar em profundidade o problema gerador dessa pesquisa, obtendo o maior número possível de informações do ponto de vista do entrevistado possibilitando uma compreensão dos aspectos afetivos e valorativos e da insegurança dos professores que ao expor a realidade do interior das unidades escolares municipais deparam com gestores autoritários que negam o direito de livre expressão e perpetuam um universo docente formado por relações excludentes. Através da abordagem da psicopatologia do trabalho, fundamentados nos estudos do Doutor Christophe Dejours e na bibliografia especializada de Bader Sawaia, Margarida Barreto, Marie-France Hirigoyen foi abordado o sofrimento mental, distanciando-se das concepções teóricas que atingem a relação entre trabalho e saúde/doença (mental) na perspectiva da psiquiatria clássica, construindo perfis psicopatológicos, a síndrome de Burnout, como conseqüências do assédio moral e do sofrimento da apartação social.
