This study aims to analyze the appellate admissibility conditions which are essential for the receipt and processing of the appeals. The purpose is demonstrate that to be in court today demand more than a good procedural technique, requires caution and, most of all, demands of the professional operators uninterrupted attention with the constant changes of the civil procedural laws, as well as the numerous ordinances and Provisions edited by the courts which deserve even more attention. Urges to note that the failure to comply with all procedural conditions required by the system will probably culminate in the not acceptation of the appeal, which entails in the extinction of persecution and prejudice the right of the part that is depending on the judicial remedy.
